Capstan on Lower Deck Ward Room Captains Sleeping Cabin Passage 1st Lieutenant's Cabin After Steerage Paymaster's Cabin

The wardroom, or officers dining room, was enlarged & electrically lit as was the entire ship in 1897.

The photo shows the Ward Room, with table, mouseover on main image from the Peruvian ship Huascar (1865). Although not a monitor, Huascar did have a Coles turret the same as those on Cerberus.
